When will I recieve my item?
We usually ship orders within 24 hours of recieved payment.
Custom orders are usually shipped within 3-4 days.
Controllers will be shipped by USPS(Usually first class mail)
Consoles and other heavier items are shipped via UPS.
Do you do repairs?
Yes! We will perform most major and minor repairs on both Gaming controllers and consoles. Everything from PS3 hard drive upgrades to tech support to replacing the trigger button on your XBOX 360 controller can be done here. Just email [email protected] with any questions or concerns.

Do all these cool lights drain my controller's battery faster?
The added LEDs will have very little effect on battery life. The Sony Dualshock 3/Sixaxis controller has a 3.7V Lithiun Ion battery which is very resiliant and long-lasting. Extra LEDs should have no noticable effect on the length of time you can expect to play off of one charge.
